i have been waiting quite a bit for a XLM transfer from coinbase to ku coin. over 12hrs. i put a memo in along with it.

I did a XLM transaction using a saved address book entry on Coinbase with a valid address AND memo. However the transaction went to KuCoin without the memo even though I used the address book entry on Coinbase that contained the memo. Coinbase Pro app showed both address AND memo with the green valid tag prior to me hitting submit on the app. My transaction successfully sent to KuCoin but not to my account because the Coinbase Pro app didn't attach the memo even though it was attached when I hit submit. I have been in contact with both KuCoin and Coinbase support. KuCoin can reverse the transaction back to Coinbase but it will not contain a memo, as they didn't receive it with a memo. I have stated this to Coinbase support only to get a reply that I must attach a memo when it is reversed. However KuCoin cannot attach a memo to it since the transaction was sent to them without memo. Another user who posted on this Reddit thread had the SAME thing happen to them where they sent from Coinbase Pro using an address book entry for XLM and it contained the memo but didn't send to KuCoin with the memo. They said they were able to get Coinbase to credit their account when KuCoin reversed the transaction even without memo. However I seem to be having difficulty getting that answer as of yet in Coinbase support so thought I would escalate here on Reddit.
