The Hall – MetaHistory’s Hall of Fame

Many entrepreneurs, artists, and politicians have shown their support for Ukraine since the beginning of the conflict, but few in particular have stood out. MetaHistory, Ukraine's NFT museum, now wishes to memorialize those people on the blockchain. The MetaHistory team presented the first portion of their collection of artworks on March 30 to tremendous success, earning $800k in sales - 100% of which went to Ukraine's Ministry of Digital Transformation, the project's official patron.

This week, they're releasing The Hall of Fame, a collection of NFT portraits of those who have aided Ukraine in its time of need. These individuals contributed goods and services, secretly backed Ukraine, and utilized the power of their work to raise attention to the cause and collect funds.

These artworks are not for sale; rather, they represent an expression of appreciation, in the same way that paintings were once given to royal families and distinguished scientists. The distinction is that NFT-based artworks will remain on the blockchain in perpetuity. Ukraine's supporters are practically writing history with their actions.

Who are those people? MetaHistory’s team picked them based on how vocal they were in supporting Ukraine, and what real action they have taken. You all know their names – have a look at the Hall of Fame itself https://metahistory.gallery/hall. A little hint: actions like this can earn you a place in MetaHistory’s Hall of Fame:

This conversation began when Ukraine's Digital Minister, Mr. Fedorov, sent one of the tweets that eventually made him famous in his native country. Tweets that urge action, demonstrate decisiveness, and courage. This specific tweet resulted in the establishment of a strong Internet connection via Starlink.

Musk is the inaugural inductee into the Hall of Fame, but he will not be the last. Mila Kunis, Elton John, Jared Leto, Jim Carrey, and Benedict Cumberbatch are among the other entrants whose photos are ready to be displayed in the Hall of Fame.

The MetaHistory team was joined by the community in expressing gratitude:

"MetaHistory is a project put together wonderfully in situations where most people can't think about anything other than urgent survival and worry for loved ones." How do you concentrate on quality when you can hear explosions outside? MetaHistory established a blockchain utility use case at the same time as it preserved Ukraine's legacy and future. "I am honored and delighted to be its ambassador," said Vesa, a cryptoartist.

"It was an honor to represent Ukraine DAO at the MetaHistory panel discussion last week, alongside Alex Bornyakov, Dima Buterin, and Brittany Kaiser." "I'm pleased about the Hall of Fame and very proud to see all of the world's businesses and artists supporting Ukraine," said Alona Shevchenko, co-founder of Ukraine DAO.

The Hall will be revealed in connection with the second section of the museum's collection, dubbed the "second drop." Famous painters such as Waone Manzhos, Sestry Feldman, Danya Shulipa, Irene Neyman, and others have made masterpieces to memorialize the events of the conflict that occurred between March 2nd and March 14th. Unlike the Hall, this section of the collection may be purchased - an NFT can be purchased for 0.15 ETH. If you want to participate in the community & donate to Ukraine – while getting a beautiful artwork in return, have a look at their website https://metahistory.gallery/ this Sunday, May 1st, at 23:59 GMT+3.
