Gary Vaynerchuk's 'Vayner3' NFT Consulting Arm Files a Trademark

According to a trademark registration on May 25, entrepreneur and non-fungible token (NFT) influencer Gary Vaynerchuk is creating his own NFT consulting firm.

According to the petition, the firm will provide "technical consultancy in the realm of non-fungible tokens, cryptocurrencies, and other metaverse and Web 3 activities and assets."

The company, dubbed "Vayner3," would be the latest addition to Vaynerchuk's increasing list of NFT endeavors, which includes his VeeFriends NFT collection, VeeCon conference (which took place two weeks ago in Minneapolis), and "FlyFish Club" NFT-gated restaurant.

The company would also provide "advertising, marketing, and promotion services" for NFTs, which are all current specializations of Vaynerchuk's brand as a space influencer.

NFT consultancy businesses are sometimes blamed for exacerbating the industry's money-hungry aspects, but Vaynerchuk's reputation has a way of overcoming stigma as one of the few influencers who has avoided controversy while moving to NFTs.
